Adoptees United is excited to announce the launch of What Next? The Adoptee Rights Podcast. Each week Gregory Luce, AU’s executive director as well as an adoptee rights lawyer, will bring in guests to talk about adoptee rights policy and advocacy as well as discuss the absurdities and complications of being adopted.
The first episode features Bastard Nation’s Marley Greiner, who recently talked to Greg about the history of the adoptee rights movement, how we need to preserve that history, and the origins of Bastard Nation. They also talked about Marley’s work in opposing safe haven laws, particularly the ongoing political movement to expand Safe Haven Baby Boxes across the country.
You can listen to the episodes each week here or subscribe wherever you get your podcasts (including Spotify, Apple, Google, and Pocket Casts, plus more as we add them). And accompanying each week’s podcast will be show notes and an email newsletter, including an overview of adoptee rights legislation and legal issues.
Sign up below to be notified of new episodes and to receive the newsletter each Tuesday. Take care!

Oh, I would contribute to the cause of preserving Marley’s Bastard Nation records; to help get them from the pods.

I feel the same way Marley, where is my bloodline? My first born has done her paternal heritage research, my two other daughters know theirs as well. “Where oh where for art thou ancestors”
