A number of us already met at an Adoptees United event to discuss this project, which is intended to educate California-born adopted people who want to petition a California court for their own birth records. We are continuing that work and have created draft forms as well as an email group to allow discussion of this legal remedy. If you want to join that effort, please sign up. Understand, though, that this is a peer-to-peer resource group and we expect your participation. 🙂
