Public Hearing: Wisconsin SB521

The Wisconsin Senate Committee on Universities, Technical Colleges, Children and Families has scheduled a public hearing on Senate Bill 521, which would release a copy of the report of adoption. The bill does not address nor release an adult adoptee’s own original birth certificate.
