Huge thanks to everyone who came to our first Adoptee Rights Happy Hour. It was a blast. This was the follow-up email we sent to all participants.
A huge note of thanks and appreciation to all of the folks who showed up to last night’s Adoptee Rights Happy Hour. The happy hour is sorta like town halls but less formal. We will keep doing them, and we will also continue to work to make them as inclusive and relevant as possible, both in content and in those who participate. If you want to suggest a focus for any future sessions, we want those suggestions (email them or leave a comment below). And we are holding on to everyone’s podcast, book, and TV program suggestions.
We’ve included more information about some of the things we talked about, along with links to learn more. We hope this is useful. Thanks so much, and we will definitely see you again. Cheers!
Greg, Annette, Shawna, and Erica
